It’s completely up to you where you train, so a gym membership isn’t essential.
You will be given a daily/weekly step target. If you complete the required number of steps, no formal cardio sessions are necessary.
Yes, if you want to train at home we will provide custom home workouts.

DECREASING your body fat PERCENTAGE IS BENEFICIAL before eating in a calorie surplus. (This doesn’t apply if you have a low body fat percentage when starting).
Yes, it is still possible to gain muscle in a calorie deficit during a fat loss phase. Typically, you wouldn’t expect muscle development during a fat loss phase, but it isn’t impossible.
